Overture Partners client has an immediate need for a Full Stack .NET Developer. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Overture Partners client has an immediate need for a Full Stack .NET Developer. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must Haves:
- 5-7+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Experience using Angular for front-end development
- Experience using C# and .NET for back-end development purposes
- Proven experience using SQL as main database experience throughout career
- Any cloud experience is a plus
- Leads end-to-end implementation of software applications to meet the business needs of the enterprise, exceeding expectations in design, performance, resilience, and security.
- Leads & owns the implementation of modern distributed software development patterns and captures best practices to simplify application design and development.
- Mentors and guides engineers on engineering tasks through code reviews and provides feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborates with solution and enterprise architects to develop solutions adhering to the target state vision and industry standard design patterns.
- Responsible for developing frameworks to accelerate development and abstract complexity.
- Develops and evangelizes automation to optimize operational processes.
- Oversees creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides in support of developed software.
- Maintains a high-level of familiarity with IT system/business application capabilities to make critical operational & design decisions.
- Champions innovation through experimentation and leads adoption of new tools and technology.
- Effectively communicates project expectations, issues, risks, and decisions to project team and business stakeholder.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology or related field required.
