Job Title: Business Continuity Lead
Location: Worcester, MA/Hybrid 

Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Business Continuity Lead. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must Haves:
  • 5+ years in business continuity, disaster recovery, or risk management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in crisis or continuity planning.
  • Strong background in BIA, risk assessment, and incident management.
  • Familiarity with standards like ISO 22301, NFPA 1600, or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting and training.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CBCP, CBRM) preferred.
  • Proven track record conducting and debriefing continuity exercises.
  • Experience managing IT or infrastructure disaster recovery plans.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making under pressure.

Looking for an experienced Business Continuity Lead to oversee and enhance enterprise-wide resilience planning. This role involves coordinating continuity strategies, crisis response, and recovery efforts across business and IT functions to reduce operational risk and ensure readiness.
  • Manage the enterprise business continuity and disaster recovery program.
  • Lead business impact analyses, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
  • Plan and run continuity exercises (e.g., table-tops, simulations); present findings.
  • Coordinate incident response and facilitate stakeholder communication.
  • Align recovery strategies with IT and external partners for resilience planning.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, IT, or related field.
