We are seeking a visionary Director of AI Engineering to lead our AI engineering team. This role involves strategic oversight of AI projects, leading the development of advanced AI algorithms, and driving the implementation of AI solutions in alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader product offerings.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Develop and manage the AI engineering team's roadmap and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in AI technologies, including deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and predictive modeling.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a technical team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
