Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience
  • Proven success shipping B2B SaaS products
  • Technical background (STEM degree preferred)
  • Clear track record of driving product-led growth

What the Client Needs you to Do:

Our client is a profitable, high-growth AI startup building no-code tools that let teams create secure, custom AI experiences powered by their own data. They're looking for their first Product Manager to help turn market signals into product momentum.

The team is moving fast and so is demand. As the first PM, you’ll work directly with the CEO to bring clarity, structure, and focus to the roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to shape a category-defining product and directly influence revenue growth.
  • Define product vision, priorities, and success metrics
  • Turn customer feedback into actionable product plans
  • Partner closely with Engineering to launch new features
  • Lead lightweight discovery, planning, and post-launch analysis
  • Establish the product rituals that help a fast-moving team stay aligned
