Job Description
Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must Haves:
- Minimum (3) three years of Information Technology project experience
- Experience with and preparing project and procurement documentation.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of, and experience in a healthcare information technology environment
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with management, business users and project team members.
- Ability to interact effectively with technical personnel and with a wide variety of technical resources, both FTE and Contractors.
- Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business partners.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
- Communicate clearly with diverse audiences, orally and in writing.
- Comfortable giving/receiving feedback to, IT Program Leads, and support contributors.
- Track, maintain, and coordinate procurement, action items, risks/issues, and next steps.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with project team members, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
- Prepare presentation-ready project reports using graphics and desktop publishing software.
- Coordinate conference calls/meetings for multiple teams/projects; prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes.
- Manage financial responsibilities, including invoice management and budget tracking.
- Review and approve system support/procurement tickets; gather information for new equipment requests.
- Maintain working relationship with Help Desk, Asset Management, and Desktop team.
Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
