Job Title: Technology Program Manager
Location: Boston, MA 

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale IT programs or projects
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, QA, and training staff
  • Experience with vendor management, budget planning, and project reporting
  • Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and present to leadership
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining SOPs, dashboards, and cost/benefit analyses
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and enhancement tracking tools
  • Experience in public sector or large regulatory organizations preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize project performance
  • Skilled in preparing procurement documents (e.g., RFRs, RFQs, BAFOs) and executive-level presentations
