Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Senior IT Business Analyst. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 5 years in business analysis, IT management, or a related role with strong analysis and design experience.
- Experience working on complex system implementations or enterprise software platforms.
- Proficiency with Salesforce system administration and configuration is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in capturing and documenting high-quality requirements that support scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business users.
A motivated Senior IT Business Analyst is needed to join a dynamic application development team supporting the enhancement and modernization of enterprise systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful technology projects while working with a highly skilled and collaborative team. The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to analyze complex problems and translate business needs into system solutions. This role emphasizes a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Jira, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, including basic system administration and configuration.
- Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Document requirements and system specifications using standard templates and methodologies.
- Develop and execute test scenarios and support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct end-user training to ensure thorough understanding of application features and functionality.
- Manage change requests and provide Level II production support for business applications.
- Perform quality assurance functions and coordinate closely with development teams during testing phases.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts focused on system development and ongoing enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, IIBA, or CBAP are a plus.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
