Location: Greater Boston Area

Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Sr. IT Project Manager. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must Haves:
  • 5+ years IT project management experience in enterprise environments
  • Proven experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong background in documentation and contract management
  • Experience with RFP/RFQ processes and funding requests
  • Auditing experience (state government experience preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
  • Strong financial management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience using Jira
  • Track record of successful vendor management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What the Client Needs you to Do:
 
  • Lead and manage complex IT projects from inception to completion
  • Create and manage critical documentation (Business Cases, RFPs, RFQs, Project Proposals)
  • Drive vendor selection, contract negotiation, and onboarding processes
  • Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Maintain project documentation and tracking systems
  • Deliver regular status reports and manage risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with  methodology and standards
  • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams
  • Lead technical solution evaluations and recommendations
