Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Malden, MA

Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.  To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably with Salesforce projects.

  • Skilled in documenting business and technical requirements, test planning, and defect resolution.

  • Experience facilitating requirement sessions and creating process workflows, mockups, and use cases.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, JIRA, and project risk assessment.

  • Salesforce and Business Analyst certifications preferred; proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
