Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Hybrid/Malden, MA

Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Senior Salesforce Developer. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must Haves:
  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including LWC and OmniStudio
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration tools
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, II, and OmniStudio Developer
  • Experience with API integrations, CI/CD tools, and Agile development

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based environments
  • Background in education technology or accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
  • Experience with version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CLI, IDX Workbench, or VBT
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities

Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a public sector IT team working on high-impact education technology projects. This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, integrating external systems, and mentoring junior developers. You'll contribute to a collaborative, agile team focused on scalable and accessible applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support Salesforce Lightning components, OmniStudio tools, and Apex logic
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other developers on technical solutions
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems via APIs
  • Perform system testing, code reviews, and provide technical documentation
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to ongoing process improvement
