Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK).
- Proficiency with Salesforce best practices, platform limits, and security models.
- Experience with enterprise-scale content management platforms (e.g., OpenText).
- Proficiency with API management platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Working knowledge of modern cloud-native frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Cloudflare, Fuse).
- Familiarity with IAM and Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Experience with web/mobile frameworks (ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB).
- Understanding of CI/CD, Git version control, and Agile development.
- Experience handling secure data including PII, PHI, or SSA data is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise eligibility and enrollment systems is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities with a proven ability to influence technical direction.
The Enterprise Architecture Team is seeking a highly experienced, well-organized, and results-driven Solutions Architect with deep experience in Salesforce Solutions and System Architecture, and strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and oversight on large-scale integration and modernization initiatives with a primary focus on Salesforce and enterprise eligibility/enrollment platforms.
This individual will play a critical role in designing and overseeing the implementation of integrated technology solutions that align with long-term business goals. This is a hands-on architecture leadership role, requiring regular interaction with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Salesforce architecture solutions across business processes, applications, infrastructure, and integrations.
- Lead solution design and development efforts using Salesforce components such as Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud, aligning with best practices and business requirements.
- Provide technical architecture leadership and oversight for Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- Collaborate with application support and development teams to review existing solutions, identify gaps and risks, and recommend areas for optimization.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Define and document functional/non-functional requirements, technical architecture, and design specifications.
- Build scalable, cost-effective infrastructure solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Provide architecture consultation for strategic business initiatives and align technology solutions with enterprise objectives.
- Review technical deliverables, lead design discussions, and ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide guidance on Salesforce coding standards.
- Monitor and report on the performance, health, and limits of Salesforce orgs, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend AppExchange products and third-party integrations based on business and technical requirements.
- Support the platform through its entire lifecycle — including design, development, deployment, and change control.
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and remediation planning.
- Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations in biweekly leadership readouts.
- Evaluate SDLC processes and recommend improvements to streamline delivery and reduce risk.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II).
