Job Description
Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in Boston
Must Haves:
- ServiceNow Platform Expertise - must have an excellent understanding of ServiceNow's platform and its capabilities. Particularly experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
- Customization and Development good understanding of scripting and customization. This includes familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the ServiceNow scripting tools like Business Rules, Scripted Web Services, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- They should also be able to create and customize forms, views, and lists within the platform.
- Excellent problem solving and Analytical Skills - It's important that they have a strong ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze problems, and come up with effective solutions.
What the Client Needs you to Do:
The Systems Engineer ensures that the performance and availability of the systems infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards. Implement and manage projects in support of scalable system designs, solutions and policies, troubleshoot and resolve complex server issues and build and administer various software systems within the portfolio. Create functional specs and project planning documents to effectively plan and implement key initiatives. Monitor call-tracking system by investigating and resolving trouble tickets
