Location:  Remote

Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Sr. Business Analyst.  To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must Haves:
  • Min 5 years of healthcare insurance experience
  • Min 2-3 years of healthcare projects at the local state level.
  • Not looking for a technical BA.
  • Must have strong healthcare insurance experience and state government health experience (Medicaid, Medicare)
  • Must have hands on experience with healthcare insurance workflows
What the Client Needs you to Do:
  • Work with the development team to create an RTM template & participate in review and approval sessions
  • Lead cross-functional requirement sessions with business teams and clients.
  • Document requirements.
  • Lead internal UAT; Create UAT test cases, participate in UAT testing; engage client as needed.
  • Assist with documenting new processes and creating job aids for the business team as needed
  • As needed, work with client & business leads to identify situations where Provider training is needed.
  • Provide support in creating Provider facing training documents, training plans
  • Assist PM with documentation of meeting notes/minutes
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree required
