Title: Sr. Business Continuity Analyst
Location: Worcester, MA

Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Sr. Business Continuity Analyst. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must Haves
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Emergency Management
  • Ability to provide 24/7 emergency response support
  • Familiarity with BCP/DR planning tools and mass communication platforms
  • Strong understanding of BCP and DR testing methodologies and audit requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills across diverse teams and levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and project management skills in dynamic environments
  • Knowledge of BC/DR best practices and methodologies, with hands-on implementation experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively under tight deadlines

What the Client Needs you to Do:

You will support and enhance the organization’s Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs. This role ensures the continuity of operations through proactive planning, testing, and crisis response, while collaborating across business units and maintaining key systems. The position includes 24/7 crisis management support and is instrumental in driving continuous improvement.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in BC/DR or related field; ABCP/CBCP certification is a plus
