Job Title: Technical Trainer 
Location: Hybrid in Boston

Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Sr. Technical Trainer. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must Haves:
  • 3–5 years of experience in developing and delivering training in large organizations
  • Skilled in creating, managing, and delivering both in-person and virtual training
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Proficient in tools like Office365, MS Teams, SharePoint, and eLearning platforms
  • Ability to manage logistics, track attendance, and report learning outcomes

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success facilitating training on major system changes or upgrades
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with diverse audiences
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally work on-site in Boston as needed
What the Client Needs you to Do:
Seeking experienced trainers to support the statewide rollout of a new cloud-based financial system. This role focuses on preparing end-users across 150+ agencies through engaging, accessible training aligned with adult learning principles. Trainers will develop materials, lead sessions, and provide post-implementation support, reporting directly to the training lead.

Education
