Job Title: PowerApps Consultant
Location: Worcester, MA/Hybrid
Must Haves:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
  • Strong understanding of Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and SSO/ADFS integrations.
  • Proven experience migrating and modernizing SharePoint environments.
  • Familiarity with automation and DevOps tools such as Ansible, SCCM, and PowerShell.
  • Broad technical experience across infrastructure engineering (VMware, Citrix, Horizon, networking, storage).
  • Experience with cloud transformation, particularly in Azure.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership and mentoring peers.
What the Client Needs you to Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled PowerApps Consultant to join our Digital Workplace and Infrastructure Transformation team. This role focuses on designing and implementing Power Platform solutions—including PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online—while supporting broader enterprise infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a blend of low-code development skills and deep technical infrastructure expertise, with experience leading modernization efforts across on-prem and cloud environments.

Power Platform Development:
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven).
  • Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead the migration of legacy SharePoint 2010/2013 data and workflows to SharePoint Online.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and build scalable, user-friendly apps.
  • Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are met in Power Platform solutions.
Infrastructure Engineering & Automation (Complementary Scope):
  • Lead engineering for core infrastructure including VMware clusters, enterprise storage, and Windows/Linux servers.
     
  • Contribute to Azure cloud strategy, including SSO, ADFS, MFA, and global infrastructure design.
     
  • Drive automation initiatives using Ansible, SCCM, PowerShell, and SCOM.
     
  • Support disaster recovery design and cloud migration paths across networking and IaaS domains.
     
  • Serve as team lead and mentor for junior engineers across infrastructure and Power Platform initiatives.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
