    • Support audits, market conduct exams, and production validation processes with thorough documentation and tracking.
    • Evolve into a lead role, managing projects, resources, and driving team efforts to meet compliance objectives.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Data Analysis and Reporting (50%)

    • 5-8 years of software development experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
    • Strong expertise in querying relational databases (e.g., DB2, SQL Server) and writing SQL queries for analysis, testing, and developer support.
    • Proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and structured analysis to support regulatory reporting requirements.
    • Experience using SDLC methodologies, including project planning, estimation, and documentation.

    Leadership and Collaboration (50%)

    • Ability to lead, direct, and motivate team members while managing multiple concurrent projects.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills to collaborate with internal/external partners and build strong relationships.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and drive efforts to meet project deadlines.

    Additional Considerations

    • Knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry and statutory/compliance-related reporting is a plus.
    • Prior supervisory experience and proficiency with MS Office suite are highly valued.
    • Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS) and experience with DB2 or SQL Server databases are advantageous.
    • The ability to think innovatively and propose improvements to existing processes is highly desired.
    • Candidates must be local to Boston to facilitate collaboration and occasional on-site work.
