Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of government and association mandates related to provider information, ensuring compliance with regulations for data collection, storage, and member-facing provider directories.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technology teams, business leadership, and third-party vendors, to prioritize, execute, and document mandate-related work.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation to track progress, risks, issues, decisions, and changes.
• Manage project financials, including monthly actuals and forecasts, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, capture and publish detailed notes, and provide executive-level status reports and communications.
• Drive risk and issue resolution, escalating as needed to ensure timely and effective solutions.
• Oversee resources in a matrixed environment, fostering collaboration across business and technical teams to meet critical business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
