    Must Haves

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
    • 5–8 years of experience leading digital transformation, business process optimization, or enterprise-level project delivery.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end transformation programs across cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).

    Technical Implementation (50%)

    • Proven experience developing enterprise-level automation projects, including requirement gathering and script automation.
    • Ability to configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for UiPath automation, preferably with Azure DevOps.
    • Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve automation issues.
