  • Senior Project Manager – Medicare/Medicaid – Pipeline

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the delivery of government and association mandates related to provider information, ensuring compliance with regulations for data collection, storage, and member-facing provider directories.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technology teams, business leadership, and third-party vendors, to prioritize, execute, and document mandate-related work.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation to track progress, risks, issues, decisions, and changes.
    • Manage project financials, including monthly actuals and forecasts, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
    • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, capture and publish detailed notes, and provide executive-level status reports and communications.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Kanban, and Agile platforms for planning, tracking, and reporting.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources while delivering high-impact outcomes.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior executives and stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive resolution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

    Healthcare and Provider Directory Expertise (50%)

    • Deep knowledge of healthcare provider systems, data, and directories, including experience with external vendor software solutions.
    • Demonstrated experience managing projects related to government mandates, such as those from state or federal regulatory agencies.
    • Familiarity with provider information workflows, including data collection, storage, and presentation in member-facing directories.
