This role leads a major data modernization program focused on improving data quality, access, and analytics across environment. You will guide complex projects, align diverse teams, and drive the delivery of a modern data platform. Must Haves
- Advanced experience managing large, multi-year data or technology programs
- Strong background with cloud-based data platforms and analytics tools
- Experience supporting data teams in integration, warehousing, or reporting
- Proven ability to manage program-level risks and dependencies
- Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to prioritize complex portfolios and navigate matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated problem-solving and structured decision-making skills
- Strong stakeholder relationship management
What the Client Needs You to Do
You will translate high-level strategy into actionable initiatives, leading development of a modern enterprise data platform and coordinating the transition from legacy systems. The role requires partnering with technical and business teams, shaping roadmaps, and ensuring steady progress across interconnected workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define program strategy, governance, and prioritization
- Turn concepts into scopes, charters, and implementation plans
- Lead execution of enterprise data platform development
- Serve as the primary intake point for program requests and alignment
- Evaluate risks, constraints, and dependencies across projects
- Coordinate with technical and operational partners to meet objectives
- Guide cross-functional teams through modernization initiatives
- Facilitate meetings, documentation, and decision-making processes
- Support adoption of data lifecycle, governance, and security practices
