    • Partner with functional analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to unblock test execution.

    • Produce concise dashboards and summaries highlighting pass/fail trends, defect leakage, and coverage.

    • Define standards for script versioning, naming, and reuse; reduce flaky tests through stabilization tactics.

    • Conduct hands-on workshops, playbacks, and documentation to scale automation practices across the team.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • PeopleSoft Campus Solutions: deep familiarity with FA and SR transaction flows, pages, and security.

    • Automation: expert-level PTF scripting, component interface usage, and scheduling/batch automation.

    • Tools: SQL, PeopleSoft Query; HP ALM (or equivalent), ServiceNow; Phire or Change Assistant.

    • DevOps: working understanding of CI/CD concepts, branching, environments, and artifact management.

    • Communication: ability to translate results into clear recommendations for both technical and business audiences.

    • Training: history of mentoring QA/Functional peers on PTF setup, standards, and maintenance.
