We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and guide agile projects within our organization. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring that project goals align with company objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, an effective communicator, and have a deep understanding of agile principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality.
  • Manage projects in accordance with agile methodologies and practices.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure effective project progress reporting.
  • Identify and remove impediments that obstruct team’s ability to achieve project goals.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship on agile best practices to team members.
  • Manage project risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure the project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
  • Evaluate and improve agile practices within the team and organization.
  • Collaborate with other Agile Project Managers and organizational leaders to enhance and standardize agile practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in software development or technology projects.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Agile or Scrum certification is highly desirable.
