Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance specialists.
- Implement quality assurance metrics and benchmarks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met in all phases of product development.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Manage quality assurance testing methodologies to identify and resolve product and service issues.
- Analyze data from quality inspections and audits to drive improvements.
- Develop training programs to enhance the quality awareness and capabilities of the team.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding quality issues and resolutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or relevant role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
