We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance programs and ensure the highest level of quality in our products and services. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in quality assurance methodologies and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance specialists.
  • Implement quality assurance metrics and benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met in all phases of product development.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Manage quality assurance testing methodologies to identify and resolve product and service issues.
  • Analyze data from quality inspections and audits to drive improvements.
  • Develop training programs to enhance the quality awareness and capabilities of the team.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding quality issues and resolutions.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in the quality assurance process.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or relevant role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
Responsible for overseeing quality assurance programs and ensuring the highest quality in products and services, requiring expertise in QA methodologies and team leadership. Responsibilities include developing QA policies, leading a QA team, implementing metrics, coordinating with internal teams, conducting audits, managing testing methodologies, analyzing data for improvements, and communicating with customers and stakeholders about quality issues.
