Job Overview
This role leads a large data modernization effort aimed at improving data quality, accessibility, and analytics. You will guide complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the build of a modern enterprise data platform. Candidates with strong program leadership and modern data stack experience will be prioritized.
Must Haves
- Extensive experience managing data or technology programs
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and analytics tools
- Background supporting data teams (integration, warehousing, analytics, reporting)
- Proven ability to manage program-level risks and dependencies
- Structured problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work across matrixed teams and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
What the Client Needs You to Do
You will translate high-level strategy into actionable plans, drive delivery of a modern data platform, and coordinate the shift from legacy systems. The role requires partnering with technical and business teams to prioritize work, assess risks, and maintain momentum across projects.

- Lead execution of enterprise data platform initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional project intake and alignment
- Evaluate risks, constraints, and sequencing needs
- Build strong relationships with business and technical partners
