- Translate product and business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI systems
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI into core platforms
- Own AI initiatives from early prototyping through deployment and ongoing improvement
- Ensure AI systems meet performance, quality, and compliance expectations
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models that support automation, prediction, and decision-making
- Build and maintain LLM-driven workflows, including prompt design, retrieval mechanisms, evaluation methods, and safety controls
- Integrate AI models into existing platforms and services in collaboration with engineering partners
- Optimize models and pipelines for scalability, latency, accuracy, and operational stability
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and explainability practices appropriate for regulated environments
- Contribute to architectural decisions related to AI systems, data pipelines, and model deployment
- Diagnose and resolve issues based on production behavior and user feedback
- Document system designs, assumptions, and implementation details to support long-term maintainability
Additional Information
- This role is part of a small, experienced technical team with significant ownership and influence
