Job Overview:
Overture Partners’ client has an immediate need for a Anaplan Builder. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must Haves

Minimum 5 years’ experience with Anaplan, including at least 3 end-to-end implementations in incentive compensation or revenue models

Expertise in building, maintaining, and enhancing Anaplan models and dashboards

Strong background in financial processes such as incentive compensation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
-
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to constructively challenge and improve processes
-
Analytical and problem-solving strengths, translating complex business needs into technical solutions
-
Skilled in documentation of models and processes; excellent communication and collaboration abilities
-
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments
-
Anaplan certification preferred
What the Client Needs You to Do

Support compensation management, reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting through Anaplan solutions

Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and deliver system requirements

Ensure optimal integration of Anaplan with other systems and processes
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize new and existing Anaplan models and dashboards
-
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance
-
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues
-
Collaborate with finance, IT, and data teams for seamless system integration

Stay current with Anaplan enhancements and identify opportunities to improve automation and user experience

Maintain clear technical specifications and system documentation
