Job Overview
This role supports the ongoing evolution of a consumer-facing web application by enhancing, monitoring, and optimizing the user interface. The position requires a seasoned front-end developer who can combine strong technical skills with user-experience awareness to deliver high-quality product improvements. Must Haves

5+ years of front-end development experience using AngularJS, including 2+ years with version 8

7+ years building web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery

Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot

Proficiency with RESTful API development

Working knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda, SQS/SNS, and CI/CD tooling

Experience using NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)

Strong understanding of performance, scalability, security, and maintainability principles

Effective communication skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
What the Client Needs You to Do
You will partner with product stakeholders and technical teams to shape, test, and refine an evolving user interface. Success in this role means translating insights from analytics and user behavior into actionable design and code enhancements. You will help define testing strategies, validate UI changes, and contribute to a smooth, intuitive experience for end users.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product and IT teams to guide the direction of the application’s home-screen user interface

Evaluate user experience using analytics, industry best practices, and observed user interactions

Design and conduct usability tests and A/B experiments to validate interface changes

Translate research insights into front-end code updates and interface improvements

Build and refine components using AngularJS (including version 8) and modern UI techniques
-
Develop and maintain Spring-based REST services supporting front-end functionality
-
Implement enhancements informed by Google Analytics and other data sources

Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform consistency across delivered features
-
Support CI/CD workflows, source control practices, and DevOps pipelines

Contribute to system performance, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability
