Customer Success Manager Digital Health / Healthcare Technology

Position Overview
The Customer Success Manager will own enterprise client relationships from implementation through renewal. This person will lead onboarding, drive adoption and KPI achievement, manage account strategy, and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is highly client-facing, organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships across implementation, onboarding, support, performance tracking, and renewals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise healthcare clients and key stakeholders
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through consultative relationship management
- Track project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Partner with clients on adoption and engagement strategies to improve program outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, operations, and leadership
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, implementation plans, and account activity
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Escalate risks proactively and help resolve client challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 3+ years of healthcare industry experience; digital health or healthcare technology preferred
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic B2B client relationships
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills with KPI-driven decision making
- Self-starter who performs well in fast-moving environments
- Willingness to travel 1025% as needed
