Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support critical financial operations and data governance initiatives. This role plays a key part in financial reporting, forecasting, and insurance analysis, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems. Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong foundation in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and presentation tools such as PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to build and interpret financial models

What the Client Needs You to Do
In this role, you will deliver accurate financial insights that support strategic decision-making and operational performance. You will partner with stakeholders across finance, insurance, and data teams to evaluate risk, improve reporting processes, and strengthen data governance practices. Your work will directly influence financial planning, insurance program evaluation, and overall data reliability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial and insurance-related analysis, including trend evaluation, loss analysis, and forecasting
- Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making processes
- Prepare clear, timely, and accurate financial reports for leadership and key stakeholders
- Assess financial and insurance-related risks, including premium pricing, reserves, and capital positioning
- Support compliance with applicable financial regulations and assist with audit processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as underwriting, claims, actuarial, and IT to gather and validate data
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
- Contribute to enterprise data governance initiatives by supporting implementation of standards, tools, and best practices
- Ensure data quality by validating completeness, consistency, and timeliness of financial and operational data
- Participate in additional projects and tasks aligned with team and organizational priorities
