Job Overview
An experienced Full Stack Java Developer is sought to design and implement scalable, cloud-based systems supporting enterprise-level applications. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead development initiatives, mentor team members, and shape architecture decisions in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Must Haves
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Proven ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure software systems.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Expertise in building cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services, including SQS, SNS, S3, IAM, and KMS.
- Solid understanding of observability practices and tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
- Full-stack Java development background with frameworks such as Angular and Spring.
- Familiarity with React Native is a plus.

The client needs a technical leader capable of driving architecture design, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability across multiple products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure applications and play an integral role in guiding technical decisions and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack solutions using Java, Spring, and Angular frameworks.
- Architect scalable software systems aligned with cloud-native principles.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and quality releases.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and career development support.
- Integrate and optimize data storage solutions using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Implement observability standards to enhance system monitoring and performance insights.
- Leverage AWS services to improve scalability, security, and automation across environments.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical design reviews, and documentation efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering organization.
