Job Overview:
Overture Partners’ client has an immediate need for a Identity and Access Management Engineer. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience implementing Identity & Access Management solutions
- 2+ years of recent experience with NetIQ Identity Manager (NetIQ/OpenText IDM) and Identity Governance & Administration (OpenText IGA)
- 2+ years of Java programming and REST API development
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems: Windows Active Directory, O365, Salesforce, Archer, MS SQL Server, Postgres, AWS, Azure
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, CI/CD processes
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub
- (Nice to have) Knowledge of Guidewire platform (Claim Center, Policy Center, Billing Center)
What the Client Needs you to Do
- Gather and document requirements for JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) process automation and access re-certifications
- Onboard enterprise applications into NetIQ IDM & OpenText IGA (install/configure drivers, implement policies, set up roles)
- Develop and configure custom drivers and collectors as needed
- Debug and resolve issues in IDM integrations
- Document SOPs and lead knowledge transfer sessions
- Mentor and train team members on NetIQ/OpenText IDM & IGA
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering and process documentation
- Application onboarding and configuration within IDM/IGA
- Custom development of drivers/collectors
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Creating and maintaining SOPs
- Team training and mentoring
