Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Cloud & Automation Specialist to design and deliver high-impact digital communications that enhance customer engagement and support business growth. This role focuses on building responsive, visually compelling templates and executing personalized, data-driven campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Must Haves

Hands-on experience designing and developing responsive email templates using HTML and CSS

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automation and content management

Proficiency with AMPscript for personalization and SQL for audience segmentation and reporting

What the Client Needs You to Do
In this role, you will translate marketing and business requirements into effective, scalable digital communication solutions. You will partner with marketing, digital, and analytics teams to design templates, automate campaigns, and optimize performance across channels. Success requires a balance of technical expertise, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, visually engaging email templates using HTML, CSS, and platform-specific scripting

Ensure templates render consistently across devices, email clients, and service providers

Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to incorporate dynamic content, personalization, and brand standards

Build and maintain dynamic content blocks to support segmentation and targeted messaging
-
Implement advanced personalization strategies to improve customer engagement

Use SQL to support audience segmentation and data-driven campaign execution

Configure and support automated campaigns and customer journeys

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative assets, layouts, and calls to action

Analyze test results and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Leverage AI-driven optimization tools to improve send timing, targeting, and campaign performance

Monitor dashboards and reports to track KPIs and overall campaign effectiveness

Ensure compliance with applicable digital communication regulations and standards

Document processes, templates, and best practices to support consistency and knowledge sharing

Provide guidance and support to team members on template usage and automation workflows

Contribute to continuous improvement of campaign execution, performance, and user experience
