Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of large-scale enterprise network infrastructure. This is a senior-level role requiring deep technical expertise across campus and data center environments, with a strong emphasis on wireless networking. Candidates who demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering resilient, scalable network solutions will be prioritized for interview consideration.


Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in network engineering or related field
  • Proven experience supporting large, multi-site or campus-scale network environments
  • Strong background in multi-data center architecture and enterprise network design
  • Expertise in routing and switching, including modern enterprise platforms
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale wireless environments (10,000+ access points)
  • Experience with network automation, orchestration, or configuration management tools
  • Deep understanding of network protocols (IPv4/IPv6, TCP/UDP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • Ability to translate architectural goals into detailed technical implementations

  • Drive the design and evolution of scalable, high-availability network infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex networking initiatives
  • Ensure network performance, resiliency, and security across distributed environments
  • Provide technical leadership and communicate solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise network solutions across campus and data center environments
  • Develop scalable architectures for routing, switching, and wireless networking services
  • Lead technical planning efforts, including capacity modeling and resiliency strategies
  • Install, configure, and migrate network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
  • Monitor network performance, analyze trends, and proactively address potential issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents, including high-impact outages
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and design standards
  • Collaborate with vendors to evaluate solutions and resolve advanced technical challenges
  • Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution to ensure business continuity
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement
  • Requires periodic on-site presence based on business and operational needs
  • Participation in an on-call rotation is expected
  • Reports into senior network engineering leadership
  • The environment includes large-scale campus infrastructure and multi-data center operations
