Job Overview
A results-driven organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives and ensure successful delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle. Must Haves

5–10 years of experience in project management

Proven experience managing finance system or financial technology projects

Experience delivering at least 5 full project lifecycles from initiation to closure

Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

What the Client Needs You to Do
You will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This includes planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in driving collaboration, maintaining transparency, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources

Lead project execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain progress and minimize disruptions

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, project teams, and leadership

Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders and senior management

Ensure adherence to quality standards and established project management processes

Oversee change management processes, including documentation and approval of scope, schedule, or budget changes
