Job Summary
We are seeking a Provider Revalidation Specialist to support the provider revalidation process. This role includes launching revalidations, coordinating inbound forms and updates, conducting provider outreach, and performing site visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage provider revalidations
- Coordinate inbound forms, documentation, and updates
- Conduct outreach to providers
- Perform site visits across Massachusetts (up to 25% travel)
- Develop written correspondence to providers
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, network management, or provider relations in healthcare
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
- Must reside in Massachusetts
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within Massachusetts for site visits
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and MMIS
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and the ability to meet deadlines
