Job Overview
This role focuses on ensuring high-quality delivery across complex technology and business initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong testing expertise, clear communication, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and system functionality. Candidates who demonstrate hands-on test planning, data validation skills, and consistent follow-through will be prioritized for interviews.

Must Haves

  • 3–10 years of QA or software testing experience

  • Strong data validation skills, including SQL querying and XML analysis

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise test management tools

  • Proven ability to create, execute, and document detailed test plans and test cases

  • Demonstrated participation in requirement reviews and quality checkpoints

  • Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail

  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments

What the Client Needs You to Do
You will play a key role in validating solutions that support operational processes, regulatory needs, and system enhancements. This position requires partnering closely with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are testable, risks are visible, and releases meet quality expectations. Your work will directly support delivery readiness and user acceptance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned to project requirements and design documents

  • Participate in requirement and design discussions, offering quality insights early in the lifecycle

  • Establish test schedules and strategies that align with scope, timelines, and resource availability

  • Coordinate and facilitate test plan reviews with project leaders and functional teams

  • Document test cases, results, and defects using standardized test management platforms

  • Create, maintain, and validate test data, including datasets used by automation teams

  • Track and communicate quality status throughout testing, including risk updates and release readiness summaries

  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to resolve defects and clarify requirements

  • Support user acceptance activities by preparing test data, sharing test information, and assisting stakeholders through defined processes

  • Ensure testing practices align with organizational standards, policies, and applicable industry guidelines
