Job Overview
A global organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and support multiple workstreams within large-scale transformation programs. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive execution across people, process, and technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall program objectives. Must Haves

7+ years of experience in project or program management

What the Client Needs You to Do
You will lead and coordinate multiple workstreams within a broader transformation program, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. This includes managing cross-functional initiatives, supporting decision-making, and driving progress across distributed teams. You will also play a key role in maintaining governance, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of program objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support multiple project workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program goals

Coordinate activities across regions, functions, and teams to ensure timely execution

Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives

Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and implementation toolkits

Communicate project activities, updates, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership

Identify, assess, and escalate risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place

Support development of strategic deliverables such as business cases, assessments, and communication plans

Facilitate decision-making processes and problem resolution across project teams

Ensure adherence to project governance, controls, and compliance standards

Manage deliverables, track progress, and oversee change control processes

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful program execution
Additional Information
