Job Overview
A global organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and support multiple workstreams within large-scale transformation programs. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive execution across people, process, and technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall program objectives. Candidates with experience managing complex, cross-functional programs and delivering organizational change will be prioritized.


Must Haves

  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management

  • Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or integration initiatives

  • Experience leading multiple workstreams across people, process, and technology domains

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership

  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams and resources

  • Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, and change control processes

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience developing business cases, project plans, and strategic documentation

  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight


What the Client Needs You to Do
You will lead and coordinate multiple workstreams within a broader transformation program, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. This includes managing cross-functional initiatives, supporting decision-making, and driving progress across distributed teams. You will also play a key role in maintaining governance, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of program objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support multiple project workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program goals

  • Coordinate activities across regions, functions, and teams to ensure timely execution

  • Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives

  • Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and implementation toolkits

  • Communicate project activities, updates, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership

  • Identify, assess, and escalate risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place

  • Support development of strategic deliverables such as business cases, assessments, and communication plans

  • Facilitate decision-making processes and problem resolution across project teams

  • Ensure adherence to project governance, controls, and compliance standards

  • Manage deliverables, track progress, and oversee change control processes

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful program execution


Additional Information

  • This role involves managing complex programs with multiple interdependent workstreams

  • Experience supporting finance-related transformation initiatives is highly preferred

  • Candidates should be comfortable working in global, matrixed environments

  • Strong emphasis on strategic thinking, execution, and stakeholder engagement

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments is critical
