Job Overview

A large enterprise technology organization is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support ongoing CRM modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and system integration, along with a strong understanding of CRM architecture and business process automation. This position focuses on designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components – Aura/LWC)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (or equivalent expertise)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

What the Client Needs You to Do

You’ll lead technical development efforts within the Salesforce environment, delivering custom solutions and integrations that drive efficiency and improve user experience. Working closely with analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders, you’ll ensure that Salesforce implementations meet strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Build Lightning Components and Apex-based applications to support business workflows
  • Lead architecture and technical design discussions for new implementations
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs and middleware tools
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, performance, and security
  • Collaborate across teams to align business requirements with technical solutions
  • Maintain documentation, release notes, and user support materials
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, tools, and emerging technologies

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
