Job Overview
We are actively seeking a Senior Solutions Specialist with expertise in finance and operational systems to support and enhance a cloud-based ERP and PSA platform. This role serves as both a technical and functional leader, responsible for driving solution design, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates who demonstrate strong experience in ERP/PSA environments, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery will be prioritized for immediate consideration.

Must Haves

  • Candidates with Certinia and/or FinancialForce experience is required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with ERP and/or PSA platforms in a functional or technical capacity
  • Strong understanding of accounting workflows including revenue recognition, time tracking, and work-in-progress reporting
  • Experience supporting financial systems such as billing, invoicing, and multi-currency operations
  • Proven ability to work in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum or SAFe)
  • Proficiency with project and service management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

What the Client Needs You to Do
In this role, you will act as the key connector between business, finance, and technical teams to ensure systems are aligned with organizational goals. You will lead solution design and support ongoing enhancements, ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value. Additionally, you will guide stakeholders in adopting best practices while maintaining system integrity, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable ERP and PSA solutions aligned with business and financial requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead integration efforts across systems using APIs and data integration tools
  • Oversee implementation activities, including development guidance, design validation, and issue resolution
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for finance and operational system functionality
  • Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements
  • Configure and support financial processes such as revenue recognition, billing, and project accounting
  • Maintain data accuracy, system security, and documentation for configurations and processes
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support for users and integrated systems
  • Deliver training sessions and create user documentation to drive adoption and effective system usage
