Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead to orchestrate a large-scale, time-critical platform migration program. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role sitting at the intersection of technical leadership, delivery management, and cross-functional coordination.

A dedicated migration team is being stood up to convert a large volume of customer programs from a legacy platform onto a new, proprietary CRM. You will serve as the technical authority for that team, working alongside multiple consulting partners and an offshore delivery team to keep 30+ concurrent migration workstreams on track.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will operate with significant day-to-day autonomy. This is not a role for someone who wants to stay in the weeds full time, but the right person will know when to roll up their sleeves and will not hesitate to do so.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading the end-to-end technical execution of concurrent customer migrations, from kickoff through go-live
  • Serving as the primary technical point of escalation for multiple pod-based delivery teams and an offshore data and reporting team
  • Owning solution architecture decisions (approximately 30% of the role) and translating them into actionable direction for pods and partners
  • Managing data migration planning and execution from legacy systems to the new CRM, including repeatable tooling and runbooks
  • Designing and overseeing batch and REST API integrations between customer environments and the platform
  • Identifying and resolving technical blockers across parallel workstreams before they become schedule risks
  • Collaborating with the core product engineering team to surface feature gaps discovered during migrations and prioritize them on the roadmap
  • Facilitating cross-team knowledge sharing and best practices without creating artificial dependencies between delivery tracks
  • Communicating clearly on status, risks, and milestones to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, including occasional customer-facing conversations
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for integration patterns, migration procedures, and runbooks.

This role requires someone who has been here before. You have led complex, multi-workstream technical programs under real contractual pressure. You know how to keep a large team moving without becoming the bottleneck, and you can context-switch between architectural decisions and hands-on problem-solving without losing sight of the bigger picture. You also have the interpersonal range to work effectively with internal engineers, external consulting firms, offshore teams, and occasionally customers. People listen to you because you have earned it, not just because of your title.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale platform or system migrations, ideally from a single source system across many customers
  • Deep expertise in batch and REST API design, integration patterns, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL Server, including database design, querying, and migration tooling
  • .NET development experience (C# preferred)
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform
  • Hands-on AWS experience across core services (ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM)
  • Strong project delivery instincts with the ability to manage competing priorities across concurrent workstreams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to executive and non-technical audiences
  • Prior experience in consulting, implementation, or solutions engineering environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in med-tech, healthcare technology, or hub services, including familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
  • Experience managing or coordinating offshore delivery teams
  • Background working in agile environments with distributed, multi-vendor team structures
