Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the development, integration, and optimization of a global Performance Management System. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at designing data-driven platforms, building scalable analytics pipelines, and aligning technical solutions with business goals. Candidates with a strong background in BI, data engineering, or performance systems will stand out.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics platforms
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and strong working knowledge of Tableau or equivalent BI tools
  • Demonstrated expertise in Excel and data visualization techniques
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Proven ability to design and manage data pipelines integrating HR, project, and performance data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions

What the Client Needs You to Do

You will lead the technical design, development, and continuous enhancement of a performance management platform used for tracking and analyzing workforce performance. Working closely with HR, IT, and analytics teams, you will ensure seamless data integration, system reliability, and actionable insights. Your efforts will directly improve decision-making and process automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and maintain automated data pipelines to merge HR, staffing, and project data into the performance system
  • Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and performance analytics using BI tools such as Tableau and Excel
  • Automate performance review workflows, including submission, approval, and competency evaluation processes
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and auditability across all performance tracking systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align system design with compliance and operational requirements
  • Proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement performance enhancements
  • Apply data analytics to uncover trends, identify performance risks, and recommend strategic interventions
  • Document technical processes, maintain version control, and support ongoing scalability initiatives
  • Partner with business stakeholders to refine reporting models and optimize user experiences
