  • Lead Data Analyst

    Job Overview
    An organization is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead end-to-end data warehouse initiatives within a complex, enterprise data environment. This role is critical in driving data solutions across core business domains, ensuring high-quality data delivery from initial analysis through post-implementation support. Candidates who demonstrate deep expertise in data warehousing, strong domain knowledge, and the ability to independently lead large-scale projects will be prioritized.


    Must Haves

    • 10+ years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, or related technical roles
    • Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases (e.g., DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake)
    • Proven experience working within structured SDLC frameworks, including estimation and planning
    • Advanced data modeling and data mapping experience
    • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools such as Informatica or similar platforms
    • Solid understanding of cloud-based data environments, particularly AWS
    • Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domains, including policy and claims lifecycle
    • Strong testing experience across unit, integration, and user acceptance phases
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently from analysis through delivery

    What the Client Needs You to Do
    You will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for delivering high-impact data warehouse solutions that support critical business functions. This includes translating business needs into technical specifications, guiding development efforts, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability across systems. You will collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders while also mentoring peers and driving continuous improvement across data processes.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead full lifecycle delivery of data warehouse initiatives, from requirements analysis through production support
    • Analyze and refine business requirements to ensure clear, actionable technical direction
    • Develop detailed system and technical specification documents, including data transformation logic
    • Design and maintain robust data models aligned with enterprise data architecture standards
    • Coordinate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of data solutions
    • Execute and support comprehensive testing efforts, including unit, integration, and performance testing
    • Monitor production data environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity
    • Provide ongoing support to downstream applications and business users relying on data warehouse outputs
    • Optimize system performance through tuning and process improvements
    • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across business and IT teams
    • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis and warehousing
    • Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement within data systems
    • Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high-quality deliverables

  • Data Architect

    Must Haves

    • 5–6 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics roles
    • Strong expertise in cloud data platforms, particularly AWS-based services
    • Proven experience designing and managing data warehouses using Snowflake
    • Hands-on experience with DBT for data modeling and transformation workflows
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with complex data modeling techniques
    • Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processes
    • Strong programming skills in Python for automation, scripting, or analytics
    • Familiarity with data governance, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks

    What the Client Needs You to Do
    In this role, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for architecting and optimizing a robust, cloud-based data environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, ensuring reliable data access for analytics and reporting. Success in this role requires a balance of hands-on development, strategic thinking, and collaboration with stakeholders across engineering and business teams.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement scalable data warehouse architectures to support business intelligence and analytics needs
    • Develop and optimize data models using modern transformation frameworks to improve performance and usability
    • Build and manage automated data pipelines to ensure consistent and reliable data ingestion from multiple sources
    • Leverage cloud-based tools to perform data integration, transformation, and cataloging activities
    • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define and deliver data solutions
    • Establish and enforce data governance policies, including data quality, security, and compliance standards
    • Monitor system health and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency
    • Support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives through data preparation and infrastructure design
    • Perform data migration and integration tasks across various database platforms as needed
    • Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in cloud data architecture and analytics technologies

    Must have strong Data Lake, Snowflake Adminsitration and ability to populate the Data Lake
