We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level application development initiatives within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This is a high-visibility role focused on driving delivery across multiple concurrent projects, from initial planning through production rollout. This position requires a strong delivery leader who can operate effectively across both Agile and traditional SDLC frameworks, partnering closely with business and technology teams to ensure alignment, execution, and successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do
– Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple application development projects, from initiation through implementation and release
– Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to align on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations
– Drive execution across cross-functional teams, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets
– Provide clear, consistent communication on project status, including progress, risks, and key milestones
– Facilitate Agile ceremonies and project governance activities to ensure transparency and accountability
– Present updates to senior leadership and participate in steering committees and organizational forums
– Ensure delivery aligns with internal standards, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks
– Support continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes, tools, and methodologies

What You Bring
– 7–10+ years of project/program management experience, with a strong focus on application development
– 5+ years leading software delivery efforts in a senior capacity
– Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects in complex environments
– Experience operating in hybrid delivery models, supporting both Agile and traditional SDLC
– Strong understanding of modern software development practices and lifecycle management
– Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
– Ability to manage project financials, including forecasting and budget tracking
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
– PMP certification
– Scrum or Agile certification
