What the Client Needs You to Do
You will serve as the analytical backbone for a core Oracle based application. Your work keeps the backlog prioritized, the documentation airtight, and the development team aligned. You will partner with cross functional groups to capture requirements, validate solutions, and guide changes through formal processes with accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed systems analysis on Oracle modules and related integrations
- Break down complex workflows to identify issues, gaps, and enhancement opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into structured requirements
- Groom and refine the product backlog to support active development cycles
- Prepare documentation for system updates including version notes and technical impact summaries
- Support application deployment activities with required documentation and validation steps
- Coordinate technical change requests through established change management processes
- Maintain documentation libraries for system processes, configurations, and enhancements
- Assist with waiver submissions and other administrative artifacts tied to releases
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure alignment across teams
