Job Overview:
Overture Partners’ client has an immediate need for a Anaplan Builder. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must Haves

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Anaplan, including at least 3 end-to-end implementations in incentive compensation or revenue models

• Expertise in building, maintaining, and enhancing Anaplan models and dashboards

• Strong background in financial processes such as incentive compensation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to constructively challenge and improve processes

• Analytical and problem-solving strengths, translating complex business needs into technical solutions

• Skilled in documentation of models and processes; excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments

• Anaplan certification preferred

What the Client Needs You to Do

• Support compensation management, reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting through Anaplan solutions

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and deliver system requirements

• Ensure optimal integration of Anaplan with other systems and processes

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize new and existing Anaplan models and dashboards

• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance

• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues

• Collaborate with finance, IT, and data teams for seamless system integration

• Stay current with Anaplan enhancements and identify opportunities to improve automation and user experience

• Maintain clear technical specifications and system documentation

• Role is based in New York, with three days per week on-site
