    Must Haves

    • 5–9 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager

    • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

    • Proven experience leading multiple cross-functional technology teams

    • Experience managing delivery in complex, enterprise-level environments

    • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

    What the Client Needs You to Do
    You will lead Agile teams delivering innovative technology solutions, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. This includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across teams. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to manage priorities, track progress, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and support multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices

    • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

    • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables

    • Track progress, milestones, and key metrics to ensure successful delivery

    • Identify risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed

    • Remove obstacles and shield teams from external disruptions

    • Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering accountability and continuous improvement

    • Support backlog management, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and readiness of user stories

    • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership

    • Drive data-informed improvements using KPIs and performance metrics

    • Promote collaboration, transparency, and alignment across teams


    Additional Information

    • Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data-driven initiatives is a strong advantage

    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data tools is beneficial

    • Basic understanding of databases or SQL is a plus

    • Experience in highly regulated or complex industries is preferred

    • Agile certifications such as CSM or PSM are highly desirable; PMP certification is a plus
