    What the Client Needs You to Do

You will also help improve maintainability and reduce knowledge silos by documenting processes and supporting team scalability.

    • Maintain and improve system reliability through proactive support and enhancements

    • Strengthen team capacity by sharing knowledge and supporting sustainable engineering practices
    • Contribute to downstream data delivery and integration workflows

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enhance and maintain APIs, service components, and integration points within the MDM environment
    • Implement scoped updates to endpoints, payloads, and business rules
    • Troubleshoot production issues affecting jobs, interfaces, and data flows; perform root cause analysis
    • Support and maintain data structures used for downstream reporting and analytics
    • Collaborate with analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
    • Document technical changes, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures to improve maintainability
    • Participate in testing, deployment activities, defect resolution, and post-release validation
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
